Operating model
TSAVORA® works from source through value addition and market: SOURCE → ASSESSMENT → BENEFICIATION → VALUE → TSAVORA PASSPORT → MANUFACTURE → GLOBAL SUPPLY. Mineral material develops beyond extraction into specified, documented and commercially positioned supply streams while maintaining the identity and provenance of Kenyan-origin material.
The people, place and circumstances connected to source remain part of the resource system. Community, custodial, public-authority and source-jurisdiction records stay attributed to their named issuers.
TSAVORA® works through source, assessment, beneficiation, value, the TSAVORA Passport, manufacture and global supply.
TSAVORA® supplies available source, export and specialist documentation for the suite. These documents answer different questions and their scope is explained.
Primary resources and feedstocks move through progressively higher-value stages of the supply chain while maintaining provenance and Kenyan origin.
Founder & Principal
Winnie Yula Mwania directs TSAVORA®’s resource-system architecture across source, value addition, documentation and global supply. Kenyan capital in people, land, knowledge and productive capacity remains connected to its stewardship. Education before extraction.
Winnie Yula Mwania, Founder and Principal →What we do
TSAVORA® develops custom jewellery from selected tsavorite suites through Kenyan cutting and polishing, matching, design, setting, manufacture and finished delivery, working with its global network of designers and manufacturers.
Tantalum is a distinct supply stream developed through verified Kenyan origin, laboratory assessment and specification, in-country beneficiation and value retention, manufacture and global industrial supply.
Niobium is a distinct supply stream developed through verified Kenyan origin, laboratory assessment and specification, in-country beneficiation and value retention, manufacture and global industrial supply.
Crude Oil, White Mineral Oil, Linear Alkylbenzene, and Group II & Group III Base Oils move through defined refinery, processor, custody, logistics and industrial-buyer pathways.
Tea and Coffee are graded and processed into beverage products, extracts and ingredient inputs. Sisal, Pyrethrum and Cotton are processed into fibre, botanical and industrial outputs, then standardised, packaged and delivered to market.
Kenyan seed, tree-crop and food-system inputs are organised for finished-product supply and market placement.
