A mine may exist and a customer may exist while foundational raw materials still fail to become acceptable industrial feedstock. The missing link is often the conversion infrastructure between source and market.
That conversion point includes the assay laboratory, concentrator, refinery, warehouse, aggregation platform, processing plant, working-capital facility and industrial port interface.
Financing another hole in the ground does not automatically finance the system that makes already available material commercially usable. Industrial returns often sit at the point where material becomes qualified for the next stage.
The source system needs capital structured around evidence: known material, defined conversion, cost visibility, professional governance, customer requirements and credible release or delivery conditions.
Finance the point that allows foundational raw materials to reach market properly.
